Announcements 2-21-12

The Colt Flag is raised in honor of our Colt wrestlers, Dillon Nuzum, Ian Nuzum and Levi Ramsey.  In the regional competition Dillon placed first, Ian placed third and Levi place fourth.  They will be heading to the state competition in Huntington on Thursday.  It is also raised in honor of our Student Council and their sponsors Mrs. McNaboe, Mrs. Ferguson and Mr. Ferguson for their hard work providing our students with a wonderful Winterfest dance.  Also, thank you to all the chaperones that helped out as well.  And finally the flag is raised in honor the Lady Colt Varsity Basketball team for their victory against Webster in the first round of tournaments last night with a final score of 49-38.  Leading the Colts in scoring were Ashtin Haddix with 14 points, Lauren Rogers with 11 points and Ashli Shelton with 10 points.  Lauren Rogers had 4 assists and Shelton had 3 steals.  Lady Colts play Braxton County on Wednesday night @ Braxton.  Come out and support our Lady Colts.
